1. Payment
Card payments are presented by Smart City SA, the day before orders are dispatched, to the Luxembourg organisation authorized to deal with card operations in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. (see "Security")
Payments by cheques: shipments will only be made after payment is cleared and this process may delay your shipment

- Normal : 6 € - Free for orders over 50 €

Colissimo suivi (trackable, registered delivery) for metropolitan France, delivered within 48/72 hours of dispatch to addresses in metropolitan France;
standard delivery for other destinations, delivered within 7 to 8 days of dispatch to addresses in Europe – these delivery times not guaranteed for addresses outside Europe)

- Express : 25€

(trackable, recorded delivery by UPS within 24/48 hours from dispatch of order)

Metropolitan France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Austria. For other countries, please do not tick this option as the service is not available. Please note that for “Express” delivery, you must provide a telephone number.

3. Returns
Customers have 7 clear days from the date of delivery in which to return unwanted products, at their own expense, for a refund. Refunds will only be given on unopened products in their original, sealed packaging.

They are nutritional supplements, regarded as such in several European Community countries, which benefit from the free movement of goods within the EC.
