Payments by card are processed by the Saferpay system. When you place your order and select payment by card, you will be redirected to Saferpay Secure Card Data which securely saves the card data in their bank-certified data centre.

Delivery times vary between countries. In the UK, orders are delivered by GLS. DPD, DHL... for other countries. You will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your package.

At SuperSmart, product quality is an absolute priority. If at any time you change your mind, or are not entirely satisfied with a product, you are free to return all or part of your order without restriction, within 14 days of receipt.
Please check your contact details and review your order before confirming payment. you only have 30 minutes in which to make any changes after this point (Monday to Friday, between 9.00am and 6.00pm).
Beyond this 30 minute period, if you have made an error or wish to cancel, you will have to await delivery of your order before returning it
