1. Payment


Payments may be made by card or bank transfer (or by French cheque only).
Payments by card are processed by the Checkout.com system. When you place your order and select payment by card, you will be redirected to Checkout.com Secure Card Data which securely saves the card data in their bank-certified data centre. Only non-sensitive data, such as the card validity and cardholder's name, remain on our database. (see "Payment Security")

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination and peak periods.
An email will be sent to you with your parcel tracking number so that you can follow its delivery.
Orders paid by credit card are prepared the same day when registered before 12 p.m. Orders paid by cheque or bank transfer are prepared on the day payment is received.

For orders delivered in multiple parcels, the above conditions apply to each delivery (and not to the order as a whole).

3. Returns

An order still modifiable by phone within 30 minutes

Please always check your personal details and the list of items before confirming your payment.

After this step, your order will be modifiable for 30 minutes and only by phone at 00 44 (0)2 03 49 96 281 (Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm).

After this period, in case of withdrawal, you will have to wait for the delivery of your package to return it.

Withdrawal period: 14 days to return products

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you change your mind, you may return all or part of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Only sealed products are accepted, except in cases of a problem reported with a product (shipping error on our part or defect).

You must include the delivery note with your shipment, or, failing that, a simple note containing your contact details and/or your order number, so we can identify you.

Free returns for certain countries

A label ensuring free returns is included in your package for orders delivered to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Portugal.

For other countries, shipping costs are your responsibility.

In all cases, we do not refund shipping fees paid when placing the order.

Refund methods

In case of withdrawal, refunds are provided exclusively as a credit note for future orders.

If there is a problem with a product (shipping error on our part or defect), we may ask you to return it to Luxembourg at your expense if you do not have a return label. Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a refund, a credit note, or a replacement, based on your preference.

4. Regulations

The products offered on this website are not medicines. They are nutritional supplements, regarded as such in several European Community countries, which benefit from the free movement of goods within the EC. You should, however, check the legal status of these products in your country of residence. These products are sold neither for the purposes of diagnosis, prevention nor treatment of diseases. If you are suffering from a disease, you should consult a doctor. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, children under 12 and people receiving medical treatment should, in general, refrain from taking nutritional supplements except on the advice of their therapist. The photographs on this website are intended as a guide only and are non-contractual; actual products may differ from the photographs. We reserve the right to dispatch our products from any country in the European Community.

5. Confidentiality

Personal data are collected only when provided voluntarily by visitors to this site, and only to the extent that they are submitted or sent to those departments responsible for processing your order.

We will not use identifiable personal data for direct marketing or any follow-up which has not been requested by you.

We will only use identifiable personal data provided by you for internal purposes within the SuperSmart Group© and its associated sites, which may potentially include passing them to third party business partners for subsequent processing, in line with the purposes for which they were initially collected, and only on condition their continued confidentiality is guaranteed.
Most of our departments do not require you to register and you can thus visit our site without revealing your identity. Some, however, do require prior registration in which case you need to complete certain fields (some obligatory, some optional) and choose a password.

Devices such as "cookies" and "tags" may be used to help visitors navigate the site and complete registration procedures more easily and effectively.
