Smart Drinks® is an innovative, new energy concept that's easy to use and instantly absorbed, containing specific ingredients designed to stimulate physical and mental energy, but no ‘doping' substances.

¤ Glycine is an alpha-amino acid, neuromediator and inhibitor in the spinal cord; it acts as a precursor of creatine and glutathione.

Adults. Dilute 1 tablespoon (19.3g) in 25 cl of water (or fruit juice), and drink 1-3 times a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
High caffeine content. Contains phenylalanine.
Precautions :
Vitamin B3 (niacin), which can sometimes cause hot flushes and minor skin redness, is used here in its ‘niacinamide' form which avoids this problem.
Caffeine, though present at a low dose, may be unsuitable for those who are particularly caffeine-sensitive, and especially for those with confirmed hypertension.
