Laminaria japonica Extract is a concentrated, patented extract of the brown seaweed Laminaria japonica. This extract was developed by Russian scientists researching effective treatments for victims of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident and has been used successfully to help in their detoxification. In addition to removing heavy metals from the body, Laminaria japonica extract has helped restore thyroid function and increase energy levels in these patients.

¤ Laminaria japonica algae is harvested from the clear waters of the North West Pacific Ocean, close to the Kuril islands. Almost 40 kilos of algae are required to produce one kilo of extract.
