- PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone), now considered a major nutrient. It optimises mitochondrial function and thus regenerates cell energy potential, delays the ageing process and supports neuron renewal as well as the majority of cognitive functions.
- Nicotinamide mononucleotide combats the effects of ageing by increasing sirtuin activity and improving mitochondrial biogenesis.
- Resveratrol which mimics calorie restriction thus extending healthy life expectancy, contributes to apoptosis of cancer cells and may, according to recent studies, have anti-atherogenic properties.
- Green tea extract standardised to 98% polyphenols, including 75% EGCG with powerful properties: it is an antioxidant, it improves blood sugar and lipid control, has thermogenic effects promoting better weight control - and above all, appears to play an important role in longevity (with neuroprotective properties and the ability to lengthen telomeres).
- R-alpha lipoic acid in the form the body produces naturally - known as the ‘universal antioxidant’. It recycles other antioxidants, balances blood sugar, protects mitochondria and supports cardiovascular and cognitive health.
- Grape seed extract standardised to 95% OPC and Optiberry® with powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

What is Daily 6® composition?

- The full spectrum of carotenoids: alpha- and beta-carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin and astaxanthin, and at higher levels than in the previous formulation.
- All the complementary-action B vitamins in particularly well-absorbed forms that are free from side-effects and toxicity, including water- and fat-soluble B1, B3 in its niacinamide and INH (no flush) form, and Quatrefolic®, a completely bioavailable form of vitamin B9 that does not raise levels of non-metabolised folic acid.
- All the tocopherols (alpha, beta and gamma) together with their tocotrienol close relatives.
