Hertshooi is een natuurlijk hulpmiddel ter ondersteuning van het emotionele evenwicht en het gevoel van welzijn. Het is een niet-verslavend en effectief alternatief voor de chemische producten.
- De eerste studies waarin de positieve invloed van John's Wort op het humeur werd aangetoond, werden uitgevoerd in Duitsland.
- In 1994 besteedde het 'Journal lf Geriatric Psychiatry and Neurology' een heel nummer aan 17 studies die de waarde van hertshooi voor de gezonheid aantoonden bij lichte en middelzware gevallen. De conclusie van het Journal: hertshooi is een opmerkelijke natuurlijke depressiebestrijder die geen bijwerkingen heeft.

Alleen voor volwassenen. Neem 3 capsules per dag tijdens de maaltijd.
Deze dosering is gebruikt in de hieronder vermelde onderzoeken. Voor de beste resultaten dient sint-janskruid gedurende ten minste 4 tot 6 weken te worden ingenomen.
