The principle is simple: the amounts of all your orders are added together. Once your cumulative purchase amount reaches €500, you receive a 10% discount on all subsequent orders. If your cumulative purchase amount exceeds €1,000, you receive a 15% discount. Finally, if you exceed the maximum threshold of €2,000, you receive an exceptional 25% discount on all subsequent orders.
To keep your loyalty benefits and cumulative purchase amount, you simply need to place at least one order every 12 months. If you do not place an order during this period, your cumulative purchase amount will be reset to zero and the associated benefits will no longer apply.
Example: you have placed 6 orders since joining the program, for a cumulative purchase amount of €970. You have exceeded the first threshold of €500 and therefore automatically receive a 10% discount on your orders.
After 11 orders, your cumulative purchase amount exceeds €2,000: you now automatically receive a 25% discount on your subsequent orders.
So, instead of paying €340 for your 12th order, you pay just €255, saving €85. By placing 6 orders of the same value per year, you save more than €500!
Why do we offer such a generous loyalty program?

In return, we believe it is only natural to offer our loyal customers benefits that reflect the trust they place in us.
All too often, the best benefits are reserved for new customers. At SuperSmart, we have chosen to reward those who remain loyal to us too — and above all.
Our most loyal customers can therefore benefit from discounts of up to 25%, while also taking advantage of our major promotional events and numerous offers available throughout the year, whenever these can be combined with their loyalty discount.
Loyalty program rules
The loyalty program applies to all products in the SuperSmart catalog.
- The loyalty discount cannot be combined with specific professional or commercial discounts, including those granted to resellers or prescribers.
- Products included in clearance sales are not eligible for the loyalty discount. Purchases of these products are not included when calculating the program's cumulative purchase amount.
- Some promotional offers may, however, be combined with the loyalty discount. Whether an offer can or cannot be combined with the loyalty discount is specified in the terms and conditions of each offer.
- To retain their cumulative purchase amount and associated loyalty benefits, customers must place at least one order every 12 months. If no order is placed for a period of 12 consecutive months, the cumulative purchase amount will be reset to zero and the associated benefits will be lost. Purchase accumulation will then restart from the next order.
- The cumulative purchase amount only includes orders that have already been paid for (for example, in the case of payment by check, once the check has been received).
- Customers cannot move from one threshold to another within the same order. For example, when an order takes the cumulative purchase amount above €1,000, the 15% discount will apply only to subsequent orders, once all previous orders have been paid for.
- Your account status (cumulative purchase amount and discount rate) can be viewed at http://www.supersmart.com once you are logged in, under "My Account" and then "Loyalty/Sponsorship", or obtained by phone.
- Customers who have reached the 25% discount level become members of the SuperSmart.com VIP Club. They benefit from special advantages, including exclusive private sales, provided they continue to meet the requirements for maintaining their loyalty benefits.
- SuperSmart reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program unilaterally at any time. SuperSmart will make reasonable efforts to notify its customers if a decision is made to terminate the program. SuperSmart shall not incur any financial, legal or other liability in the event of modification or termination of the program.
- Purchase amounts are calculated including VAT but excluding shipping costs.
- This loyalty program (and the calculation of cumulative purchase amounts) began on November 8, 2005.
