In health more than any other sector, the ‘cheapest’ inevitably ends up costing more. Poor quality supplements may be less expensive but in the long run, your health will pay the price.

A parcel tracking number will be emailed to you to enable you to follow its progress. Orders paid for by debit card are prepared the same day when placed before 4pm (UTC+2), and the day after payment has been received when paid for by cheque or bank transfer.

For express orders, delivery times are 1 to 3 working days.

If one or more products does not correspond to what you ordered, send us a photo of the products received, and your order number. If the error is confirmed, we will immediately send you the products you ordered.

Here’s how to reset your password:

  • click on Forgot password? on the Sign in page;
  • enter your e-mail in the box provided and
  • click Continue;
  • in your inbox, open the email with the subject heading ‘Your SuperSmart password’;
  • copy the code provided and paste it into the ‘Enter a code’ box, then press Continue;
  • enter your new password, confirm, then press Continue.

You can now once again access your customer account!

All your invoices can be accessed on line by clicking on ‘My Account’ and ‘Invoices’. You should have received an email attaching a PDF of your invoice. Like many other companies, we have decided to stop automatically issuing paper invoices for environmental reasons.

Card payments (Visa, Carte bleue, Mastercard) are made using the payment server of our partner Checkout.com. Supersmart.com uses Checkout.com, a highly secure e-commerce payment solution, for recording card transactions.

   All online debit or credit card payments are made via the SSL/TLS security protocol which uses encryption to protect the transfer of your bank details to secure banking servers. This means that none of your bank details pass through our site.

   We also use the ‘3D secure’ protocol which provides additional security for online credit and debit card transactions and prevents payment fraud.
   Once you have completed the order form with your card number, expiry date and CVV (the 3-digit number on the back of your card), you will be directed to your bank’s website which will ask you for additional personal information to ensure the purchaser is the genuine card-holder, as per the 3D secure protocol.
