Often under-diagnosed, magnesium deficiency is actually widespread. As much as 75% of the population are thought to have an intake below the recommended daily amount of around 400mg. This prevalence of insufficient magnesium intake may be linked to modern diets full of refined products, as well as increased stress levels. Other potential contributory factors include daily over-exposure to noise, use of certain medication (diuretics) or too high an intake of fat or alcohol.
This product’s capsules are composed of HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), a plant substance derived from cellulose. HPMC is widely used for medicines and dietary supplements. It contains no animal ingredients, is recognised as safe by health authorities and is considered more sustainable than synthetic alternatives.

It seems to me that this formula doesn't contain enough "bisglycinate" magnesium!!! So, rather disappointed. I have started looking for this ingredient from competitors.
