What is carnitine?
Carnitine is a completely natural substance which is present in all animals and some plants. It plays a key role in transporting long-chain fatty acids to the mitochondria, the small powerhouses found in every cell which enable energy to be produced in the form of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). It is found in some fruit and vegetables but at very low levels (0-5 mg/kg) (2). In general, dietary intake varies from 15 mg to 300 mg a day, depending on diet.

Bonjour, livraison rapide, rien à dire de ce côté. Concernant ce produit, ce petit goût citronné est vraiment sympa. Par contre l’intérieur est dur comme du béton. Impossible de prélever correctement le produit. En essayant de le casser à la cuillère on se rend compte que le produit est humide. Je l’avais signalé dès l’arrivée de mon colis mais je n’ai eu aucune réponse du service client…
