- vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Taken for 2 months: definite improvement in knee joints (60 years old). However, no results on skin or nails. Proper use with a shaker (but still lumpy). Not the best product, in my opinion, offered on the site. I won't order it again, turmeric paste being cheaper and more effective.

The format has indeed changed recently, which may alter the user experience. We have received similar feedback regarding the dilution and taste, and have forwarded it to our quality department.
Regarding the measuring spoon, it does correspond to the recommended dosage, but it is entirely possible to reduce the amount and adjust the dilution according to your preferences (in a warm drink or a smoothie, for example).
